September 20, 2022 — For 20 years, MTU Aero Engines has integrated Open Source into its simulation programs and complex algorithms. Germany’s largest engine manufacturer has now become a member of OIN’s growing worldwide Open Source community. “We support OIN because it’s important to us to keep the Linux kernel free of patents and possible lawsuits.
