The software and AI security company SoftSafe Tech helps organizations identify software components, manage vulnerabilities, meet Open Source license obligations and strengthen software supply chain security.
SoftSafe Tech serves organizations in automotive, semiconductors, industrial control, telecommunications, financial services and advanced manufacturing. Its products and services include software composition analysis, static code analysis, binary analysis, fuzz testing and AI security testing. The company also participates in the Linux Foundation’s OpenChain ecosystem and contributes to software supply chain and Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) standards activities.
Joining OIN 2.0 brings patent-risk considerations into these existing governance activities. Through its participation, SoftSafe Tech supports a patent non-aggression framework around technologies included in OIN’s Linux System definition.
“SoftSafe Tech understands the significant value of open source software for industrial innovation,” said Cao Guoliang, Co-Founder of SoftSafe Tech, in the company’s joining announcement.
