Hunan Kylinsec Technology Co., Ltd. — abbreviated as Kylinsec — is the implementing entity of the National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Highly Reliable Operating Systems (OS), approved by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). Recognized as a national-level “Little Giant” specialized and sophisticated Small Medium Enterprise(SME, the company has established multiple platforms, including the National Economic Mobilization Center for Basic Software R&D of Hunan Province, the Hunan Provincial High-Reliability Cloud Computing Financial Information Technology Innovation Engineering Research Center and the Hunan Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center for industrial control OS.
