Open Source now underpins $8–$9 trillion of global economic value. Yet Open Source Software adoption has accelerated faster than organizational readiness to manage its Intellectual Property & patent risk.

This event is designed to help answer the question:

“How do we stay innovative while minimizing IP risk in an era of exponential Open Source use?”

Discussions will also directly address:

  • Rising patent exposure that threatens product roadmaps

  • The increasing complexity of global OSS regulation

  • The need to align engineering, legal, and business leadership on risk strategy

  • How to leverage OIN to reduce exposure to $4M–$8M+ patent disputes

  • How industry leaders are structuring Open Source participation as a competitive advantage
