Thanks to all of you who supported our Call to Action & submitted comments to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) regarding its proposed rule changes. The proposed rules contradict the intentions of the America Invents Act (AIA), would slow global innovation, and promote increased Non-Practicing Entity (NPE) litigation. Because of your efforts, the USPTO has a lot to consider, and the issue has received quite a bit of media coverage.
